These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services, platforms, websites, software, mobile apps, APIs, products, technologies, content, materials, information, advice, guidance, opinions, interpretations, analyses, conclusions, decisions, results, outcomes, forecasts, estimates, statistics, calculations, figures, graphics, animations, images, audio-visual content, videos, documents, communications, messages, notifications.

15. REVISIONS AND CHANGES

We may update these Terms periodically without notice to you. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website(s) or mobile apps. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision in these Terms is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms and provisions will remain binding and effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. GOVERNMENT REGULATION AND COMPLIANCE

We comply with all applicable government regulations, rules, guidelines, standards (including but not limited to those related to AML/KYC), anti-money laundering laws, anti-corruption acts, data protection acts, consumer protection acts, cyber security requirements and will maintain a system of internal controls and reporting to ensure compliance therewith.

20. NOTICE TO USER

If we send you written notices or notifications (including but not limited to via email), such will be deemed served on the date sent by us according to our records.
